SMAS , should have moved in the pain relief area. Had a perfect opportunity over last 2 years during OPIOID Crisis to move into pain relief Narcotic free. Easy Peasy. Why not sell this as a shell for another shot to the moon.

So just my guess but sometimes when they increase the restricted shares it is because a merger or some acquisition is coming
Them lowering the unrestricted shares should help the share price once this starts rolling
