      The unrestricted shares still are a reasonable 1.7 bil. Can still move way higher than .0001 if future tweets / PR's stop with these timelines that don't come to pass. Not sure what's going to happen here this Spring, but it's just yet another lottery play after all. OTC = long shots.

      Promising that they filed "Notification of late filing" for the annual report today. 90 days means they responsibly filed on the very last day LOL. I am curious what eventually will show in the 10K (if anything new, resp. some revenues). Also they should be alert enough to get the certification etc. in order to be listed on OTCID come July.       I agree. Last 30 days a few Tweets mentioned some promising activity this Month. Unfortunately volume is still anemic. Don't blame people waiting to see if NFAS is the real deal before jumping in. Will this stock be different from all the rest ? We'll see.

      The bid of ~140 M at 0001 seems serious (showed up yesterday after a while of no bid, and stayed this morning). If just some of that would be upgraded to hit the 0002s I expect the ask at 0002 to dissolve quickly (since folks would remove it with volume coming in). A pop seems likely....however, The company has to address the disconnect between great business model and product vs trading and share dilution aspect. Otherwise, their conduct seems to be in scam territory (:

      They have a product you can touch feel. and taste.

      They have one cafe that you can sit, drink and eat at, with the plan to build others.

      They have product at locations you can drive, walk and see for yourself

      They are gaining the trust of large chains to offer their products

      They have their own website that will put their product in your hand.

      They offer a niche in a very large lucrative sector.

      I say they have a fair chance to be successful, and an excellence chance to be worth more in the near future then they are today. .

      - Franchise out Havana cafe Theme

      - Sell their coffee though retail brick stores

      - sell their coffee though retail outline stores

      - sell their coffee direct on line

      It's possible. How many times have we all said if I only had the opportunity to buy "such and such" a stock at .0001 ? Could have had 10 million shares for $1k ! Let's face it they are all long shots. Will this one run somewhat with what those December tweets said January will bring ? You know the Company wants this even more than we do, especially at this rock bottom pps.

      Agreed. OTC last 3+ years have been a very frustrating place to buy these "lottery tickets". It almost seems like great DD stocks don't run, and "dogs" rocket upward. Maddening to say the least. Hope springs eternal, that's why we keep swimming in these muddy waters.

      Yes being no bid still is frustrating. Assuming not too many potential investors even know about this Company or the latest tweets ? If they PR or 2 come January they'll have a lot more eyes here. Share structure not horrible, so time will tell. They want the pps up a lot more than we do.
