But I obviously like NOEC way better than YSYB.

NOEC is profitable company and tightly held stock. Fillings should come back but no definite time frame as per IR.

YSYB is reporting QB stock. Was a good profitable stock in the past but now burn rate is too high and their A/S is surprisingly 10B.

If NOEC had 2.5M volume like YSYB PPS will go above 15 cents in a heart beat.

NOEC is tightly held by insiders and huge profitable company and still growing.

Funny thing they do their internal auditing on regular basis, just needs OTC fillings now.

Looking forward to 20-25 cents at least when they start filling again.

But it can go a lot higher since float is tiny and this is a profitable company.

Yes, they delisted from the NASDAQ a few months ago. The news that came out about the acquisition is very shady considering that they have not filed anything for the past few years.

D-listed? Are they still D-listed and is the TA gagged? Have they bounced back from a bad run or r/s to hit .035?

This has a real nice float and looks good but I have a few concerns seeing D-listed in the first message I read.

The reason is because they failed to make enough money lol... nothing to be smart about. They are on the pinksheets because the company is not valuable enough to be at a share price of more than 3 dollars. They have no filings and no IR department. I dont want you suckering amateur investors into buying this stock while you sell your shares for a profit.

I know the reason for being delisted from NASDAQ.

But I don't know details about management.
