I just got off the phone with the Transfer Agent, PRRM and NHGP have the same company. They were very nice, and very helpful. She told me that they have sent out the shares, they are in the middle stage, in a trust which is then split up to all of the brokers, who then dispurse it to us. She couldnt tell me how long that would take, but everything did go through on time as far as the companies and the transfer agent. I asked ehr if they were restricted, and she said yes - for one year if you sell it to your broker, or 2 years to be free-trading. Hope this helps, Wingo.

Restricted shares are sent in certificate form and can oftentimes take 4 to 6 weeks to receive from the transfer agent.

Just got off the phone with my brokerage firm. He told me that they have yet to receive the sharers.

WHY,WHY,WHY

It is my understanding that the distribution of shares in NHGP did occur yesterday. You should contact your broker if you have any queries. In reference to your second query we at NHGP do plan to trade soon. The exact date is unknown at this stage.

OTC dividneds usually take a few days to be issued. You'll also notice that NHGP doesnt have any new filings, nor are they trading. Even if you had a dividend (even if it is not restricted which i am not sure about myself) You wouldnt have any value in it.

Give it a few days.. I'd like to see how this will pan out myself..

No news on the share distribution date since October 26th. No sense bothering PRRM as, I think, it is out of their hands. Anyone think there may be some sour grapes involved and hence the delay in getting our shares of NHGP??

Get all the PRRM you can today.. I think this is the last day you'll be able to and be counted for the NHGP spinoff shares..

NHGP still has Hudson (HDSN) at .25 on bid (as of Sept 28)

I also noticed they do not have any new SEC filings since 09-29-04:

Hopefully we'll see them start trading actively later this month. I learned that Richard Astrom is in fact NOT an officer in NHGP.. According to the website (www.nhgp.net) the only officer of record is Damian Guthrie (also the former president of PRRM if you recall)

Sounds like some restructuring is in progress.. I get the feeling there may be an NHGP forward split in the future.. Time will tell

I think it is easier to hold a .0001 stock like this.. You buy a little every now and then and next thing you know.. you've got a few hundred mill and they are about to hit .001.. no chasing no fuss!

Roadhog. I, as well as everyone else would like to see PRRM go
up but as long as it is down here may as well buy more. Picked up another 2 million today also at 0.0001. It is like picking up free money off the counter.

This to me implies the record date was changed to Oct 15th FROM the date of Sept 24th as previously stated. The last couple of dividend spinoffs ive seen usually explicitly specify a pay date. I guess we will see tommorow...

Roadhog. The RECORD date was September 24th and all PRRM holders will receive 1 share of NHGP for every 100 shares held of PRRM. In other words, if you have 2 million shares you will get 20,000 shares of NHGP.
I tried to buy NHGP yesterday but it is not yet available.The dividend payment date is October 15, 2004.

Wow. If it stays at 25 cents, what a gift.
Also. For more information on " ghost" shares that do not exist see NNOS board. A majority shareowner in NNOS is suing Knight Trading for having 247 million shares shorted. Problem is that is more than twice the number of NNOS shares outstanding.

The symbol has been reserved and if you check the sec filings for National Hospitality Group Inc, you will see that the securities registration form has been filed.. as of 09-29-2004:

As for the bid (which is not showing up in my alphatrade any longer. I believe the MM on bid was HDSN), this is likely just one of the MM's attemmpting to get in slot one for when the trading starts. This week is dividend record week (and possible payout day.. i am not sure) as of 10-15-2004. We should be seeing quite a bit of action with PRRM and NGHP in the next few days IMO...

Please explain why it has a stock symbol, NHGP, but no trading history and applying for registration. Further, why is there already a bid on a stock that theoretically does not exist?
