I’m only holding about a million shares now. I sold most of my shares a couple of months ago. Only holding these last shares as a lottery play. Making better money on my big boards.

I dropped the share price of NSAV 10% by just selling 10M at market, just to show everyone how selling at market tanks the price.

Some of the negative stories here are really funny. What a bunch of clowns. This stock will blast off shortly.

Because its James or Alfonzo . Most likely Alfonzo because Tilton couldn't figure out how to turn a computer on (or show up for court until it was too late).

How many shares was he promised? Why couldn't he sell hundreds of millions of shares at .14 like everyone else did during that week with billions of shares trading hands??? You got FOMO and came back in and double dipped. The Q2 pump theory backfired with court case looming in the background and not aware You took a HUGE RISK.

The judgement was for what grover asked for. It was for the amount of shares he was 'promised' but didn't get, times the highest stock price NSAV was ever at, $.14. There is no way in hell those shares could have been sold for $.14, period. The price would have tanked immediately, as it did anyway when others sold at market. So, yes, it is ridiculous, but he was awarded what he asked for, and NSAV failed to prevent it. Stupidity reigns!!

What part of FINAL JUDGEMENT do you not understand? this isn't a TV show or 'My Cousin Vinny"... the judgement was awarded nearly 10 months ago... NSAV and JT did NOTHING to settle, nothing to come to court and appeal. They spent most of the summer showing up at hearings with NO LAWYER and JT representing himself (and missing court dates) without a clue. She offered to let both parties work on something, they didn't and on her own she went FINAL. There is no re-opening. Appeal? Appeal on what basis? "I didn't show up for court and I didnt pay my previous lawyer so he quit and is suing me"? or "Im running a ponzi scheme but if you give me more time I may be able to unwind it"? It was an erroneous amount? Find one court filing in which that amount was challenged? The friday hearing is to announce a receiver and take his shares into escrow...Then there is the little bond thing he will have to put up.. Being that he doesn't show up for court and has $40 in his account, nobody is giving him a bond without $5 million CASH not a token.....and this is just the tip... there are literally 7 more lawsuits coming down the pike from investors who gave him $$ and then never got the shares.

Yep, Tilton seems to be the BIG IDIOT here for, due to his gross negligence, not taking care of the issue at the right time!!!

I just hope he suffers financially same as his shareholders!!!

Just trying to catch up, but wasn't the lawsuit won by DEFAULT and, if so, why wasn't the lawsuit fought in court when it should have been? I mean, I would think the time to fight the lawsuit was before a DEFAULT judgment.

Wow, that interpretation is 360* off from how I read it.

The judgement amount wasn't up for discussion in these settlement talks, only how JT and NSAV were going to pay up (they have no money).
Since they are already in default, my guess is this Friday the judge will appoint CRO to fully understand what assets are available to fulfill the 63ish million owed.

The amount has already been determined and ruled on twice. Why would Vik now settle for less?

From the recent filing by NSAV, it appears they are either trying to get the judge to dismiss the case, or reduce her summary judgement drastically. On Friday, it appears she wants to know WTF went on between NSAV and Grover to make it impossible for them to settle. NSAV is saying Grover was being ridiculous. The hearing may prove NSAV to be correct. If so, she could vacate the decision and award something else, or not award him anything. This is my opinion and I have been wrong before.

You seem to know a lot here so I thought I'd ask you. Do you have any idea (or if you could ask them and find out) when the restriction on the dividends that I got years ago (for already owning NSAV shares) might come off? Frankly, I'd like to sell them before this tanks even further.

Yeah okay. It all has nothing to do with the mess that NSAV is, court and the three at the top in management? Kind of like that other one you were always buying and is now on the expert market. Keep buying. No one else in the OTC is. Friday will tell us a lot more. Judge has had enough of both parties. As I stated there would never be a settlement. These two parties hate each other and I knew would never agree on everything. We will now most likely see the debt and mess NSAV is and zero cash. Appears to be run by OTC scammers. We will soon know.

This company hasn't done anything, has zero usable revenue, misses 100% of its self created deadlines, has a massive judgement against it, employs felons in leadership convicted of investor fraud, and you are sticking to stock manipulation as the cause of the shares price being in the tank?

2 simple questions. What does NSAV actual own right now? Today, what is under its umbrella?

You do realize that in civil matters to appeal a judgement the loser needs to post a bond for the full amount of the judgement at the time of appeal

Judgement amount is erroneous and arbitrary.. Within the scope of things; the case at min will be opened to calculate a dollar amount, The exsisting judgement amount was via default. ERRONEOS, AND JUDGE IS AWARE. THE FLIP SCRIPT SIDE; NSAV APPEALS THE AWARD; SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN VIK ISN'T SATISFIED With reversal of judgement dollar amount; he will appeal; this will go on for years. Vik should have taken the money off the table; via stock, crypto, etc.

There goes Tiltons shares and the company. Once they look under the cover and more importantly the BANK STATEMENTS and see there is no way to get paid they will lock the door. A receiver is not accepting a 'token' that they claim is worth millions. you pay to play in the receiver world and judge knows this person (she said she had been speaking to him) and will give marching orders.

Again, for those of you with no experience (like Leverage) let me explain each of his points:

Application A company must submit an application sponsored by a DTC participant ...Wow... this is called a T/A or Market Maker..huge.

The company must have securities that are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and are freely tradable (And? of course they are...everything on OTC is public, DUH)

The company must have at least one shareholder who is willing to transfer their stocks into the DTC System (Thats the first trade usually done by a MM...again... HUGE HURDLE)

The company may need to submit documents such as an offering document, registration statement, eligibility questionnaire, and a DTC Letter of Representation
Relationship with a broker-dealer ( He is confusing NEW OFFERINGS with existing ones...the DTC rep letter is filled out by T.A or MM...Huge accomplishment)

The company must have a relationship with a broker-dealer or other financial institution that is a participant (Yeah, its called a T/A... they refused for years to go DTC thats why they owe their TA thousands still)

The company must have a transfer agent that has completed a DTC Operational Arrangements Agent Letter (What TA doesn't have this? LOL... so stupid)
