      HRST: effective May 11,2020 a one for 10 reverse split. A cash payment in lieu of such fractional share will be given in an amount equal to such fraction multiplied by the average of the closing sales price of the Common Stock during regular trading hours for the five consecutive trading days immediately preceding the Reverse Stock Split.
