- Paying off debt with shares valued at a penny (which is prob driving price down)
- the precious metal contract they made big deal of, has been canceled
- need more sponsors for Patriottv (no surprise as the public doesn't know it exists)
- on going concern statements throughout

To survive, they should sell airtime to DJT media for videos to supplement Truth Social and X (formally known as Twitter).

CBMJ marketing needs to improve substantially.

I agree. One would think a conservative news site would more popular....

No real interest here as company is not providing anything to get interested on.  And as company sells more shares for salaries and operations, the price just keeps eroding.

Looks like another 2m shares diluted from mid Jan to Feb 14th.

Per OTC Markets, current O/S is 53.5M, up from 49M just a few months ago when reported in Dec 2024.

Indicates operating cash flows are still poor.  Would be nice to get an official update.

Looks like about 2.5M new diluting shares hit the market over last two months.

Per Nov 2024 filing, o/s were at 49.2M shares and OTC Markets is reporting over 51.7M as of Jan 10, 2025.
