Looks like another 2m shares diluted from mid Jan to Feb 14th.

Per OTC Markets, current O/S is 53.5M, up from 49M just a few months ago when reported in Dec 2024.

Indicates operating cash flows are still poor.  Would be nice to get an official update.

Looks like about 2.5M new diluting shares hit the market over last two months.

Per Nov 2024 filing, o/s were at 49.2M shares and OTC Markets is reporting over 51.7M as of Jan 10, 2025.

Only real play I have left so am patient

Rather benign filing, not much new info.  CBMJ really working hard to clean up their history with full disclosures and flip this penny issue into a real company.  They have a good biz plan with original content.  They just need to get the word out better.  

Viral marketing can work when you have shareholders who can do your influencing.  Just need to give them something to talk about to create the buzzzz.
