I don't see anything else converting. IMHO the company will be in a good position very soon to pay off those notes.

Just because they can convert lower, doesnt necessarily mean they will. If the volume is there, they'd prefer to convert higher. We shall see.

Oh please.. I think we all have been frustrated with how long it has taken but in the real world, issues come up and unfortunately, they tend to come up at the last minute when they are not expected.

I really believe that when those statements were made in the past that they had received indications from the bank that everything was good. Then, when an unexpected issue came up, the company had to work with WV and the bank to get them addressed. Nothing gets done quickly when lawyers and a state government are involved. It gets done when it gets done... I personally think we are close.

I NEVER said funding could not be done.

I have REPEATEDLY said that the CLNV PUMPERS have
done NOTHING BUT LIE. Especially STEVEO

And that CLNV LIED when they informed CLNV shareholders that the
W. V. Funding was going to be FULLY COMPLETED in March.
They also posted MANY other statements for deadlines of events that have passed and
THAT NEVER OCCURRED.

Until CLNV FIXES their ISSUES, CLNV's share price WILL CONTINUE it's downtrend.
Shareholders just WANT the TRUTH....

Just because the funding has not happened for WV does not mean it wont happen at any minute. That deal is as real as they get, with it being a State we have validation from both sides that the deal is going forward. Then based on Friday's tweets from the company I am thinking something occurred that will allow that process to move forward.

The company has a lot of stuff in the works, we need Dan to execute to get those deals wrapped up and I think that is exactly what they are doing.

Anyone can LOOK at the chart to see the SPIRAL and see that NO FUNDING came when CLNV said it was going to be FULLY FUNDED MONTHS AGO.

Now CLNV is in NEW DILUTION and will keep the LOWER LOWS, LOWER HIGHS Trend

Commercial loans can take as little as 45 day to as long as 6 months to close and fund. CLNV announced in February, so it could be as late as August before they receive the funding. Based on the X tweet, I am assuming sometime in July but only they know.

I am not diverting anything... A nice hydrogen article was posted. Incase you do not know, CLNV is going to originally produce OIL in West Virgina and Morocco but the company will be then expanding those plants to make Hydrogen from Plastics, and if I recall on one of the spaces call that we had with Dan Bates they are working on a new process with India to skip some of the current processes that has to be done to make Hydrogen from Plastics which will streamline that process.

In addition, maybe you forgot that CLNV also has a fuel cell division with prototypes in works. So hydrogen is a very valid topic here

clnv news was last released on feb 20

if WV funding is not completed before July 4, I would expect entire management team should turn in their resignations for lack of ability to close an announced deal. this is totally unacceptable for shareholders! IMO
