Unfortunately, no. But I think there are no really big shareholders since float is 67,572,906.

Siar, it shows there are 72 million shares out standing yet the volume is very low most days. I've been trying to find out who the largest share holders are but with no luck. By any chance would you know who are the largest shareholders?

They found someone willing to give the company a considerable amount of money. Of course I would prefer revenue. But I look forward to a closer look at the annual report, probably next week.

I don't know, but that's surely market maker's action, not traders'. Perhaps there is a problem in their algorithms or something lies in front of us that makes them act.

Bid and Ask seem to be a bit crazy. Orders coming in and going out continuously.

Why is that undisclosed? Is it that much?

Yes.
This company seems to be not in focus of many investors. Even management seemed to expect strong reactions when announcing that contract at the end of June and therefore halted trading. I would have liked to see noteworthy movement.
I will continue to wait.
