STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Tuesday that it has acquired the operating assets of FS Medical Technology Business, a company that services, sells, verifies and tests piped medical and laboratory gas equipment and systems.

FS Medical is based in California, U.S. and has 32 employees. It had a turnover of $7 million in 2022.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
