STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Monday it had acquired Bireme Group Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company specializing in the treatment of compressed air and gas.

Bireme is a privately owned company with 20 employees and a sales network in Southeast Asia, it said.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
