ACB doesn’t need recreational legality in order to pop, just the rescheduling. ACB specializes on the medicinal side of the business and that’s what will aided greatly by the rescheduling. In fact, partial legality will help ACB more than full legality. This stock should explode at the end of the year when the rescheduling happens. The public comment session will end in early December. Then the rule change should happen by the end of the year. Now would be a good time to buy this stock at bargain prices in my opinion.

Trump endorsed recreational legalization in Florida. Huge news and not one person saying a word about it on this board. That's the biggest news this industry has heard in years other than the rescheduling which is just a way to keep arresting people and keep it illegal. They will now try and destroy weed stocks like they are doing with crypto to make Trump look bad. Anything he endorses is being attacked right now

They don't really need to pump MJ anymore. Too many other sectors running too hard. Plus they don't really need it for political purposes. Everyone's focus is on the economy and war. I doubt this stock does much for a long while

This is almost down to levels it was at when we had the two day crash two weeks ago. For some reason weed sticks never do well the smell day crypto pumps. I guess it's the same people in both segments selling one to buy the other

This was higher than cg# once again this morning. Pretty wild. Never thought I'd see that. Looks like their massive acquisitions in the beginning are starting to pay off.

I think cg* is now trying to artificially inflate their share price since acb is now equal and was actually higher a few times in the past few days.

We broke above $5.50 today I can see $6.00 soon

We should be able to break that $5:00 resistance and move higher.

Not good enough haha. Heading back today b$3 range in my opinion. Legalization in the US is a completely dead issue now. They have abortion and immigration to talk about. War, economy, etc. Weed is a non issue now.

So no banking bill, no legalization, so nothing has really changed. This is what we were waiting on? So now the only catalyst left is full legalization in the US. But I think it's time to focus on profits at this point. This company and every other weed company are just cash burn stock selling schemes that make zero profit n profit and probably never will and I think that's why the pot stocks are actually tanking. There is no $$$

All the cannabis stocks popped today on news of possible declassification as Schedule I Classification. Nice action today across the secto, overall. Had to ring the register a bit, no brainer. IMO

Good day today! Been invested with acb for years. Might not be a good time to shift just yet, but when you do, look into tcnnf and ayrwf. It would be a powerful situation if tcnnf and acb teamed up in some way. My opinion only... no rumors

I'm not even sure why some government agency that is no where in the Constitution has any say over laws and policy. No I don't they will ever reschedule it. It will have to be done by congress. Why you give up hard b security and have to go fight cocaine drug lords instead?
