StatPro Group plc (the "Company")
Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for the listing of 160,000 new ordinary 1 pence
shares ("Shares") in the Company. These Shares, ranking pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue will be allotted pursuant to
the exercise of options.

Admission to AIM is expected to become effective on 30 December 2003.
