ABB ABB Ltd

Swiss engineering company ABB Ltd. said Tuesday that it will buy Cylon Controls Ltd. to expand its smart-buildings portfolio.

Cylon Controls is based in Dublin and provides products like building automation systems, employing around 100 employees, according to ABB.

The companies didn't disclose any financial terms, ABB said.
