On July 24, 2024, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (“SSIC”) issued a press release announcing that it will (i) report its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024 before market open on Friday, August 9, 2024, and (ii) discuss those financial results in an earnings conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 9, 2024. This press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
