About the Lawsuit
MAKO and certain of its senior executives are charged with
issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements,
during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities
laws.
On May 8, 2012, shares of MAKO declined $15.13 per share, or
nearly 37%, to close at $26.27 per share, after the Company
announced that its first quarter 2012 financial results would be
well below guidance. At that time, MAKO revealed that quarterly
revenue declined approximately 40%, sequentially, approximately 20%
below guidance.
