OTHER EVENTS
On March 10, 2022, the Board of Integrated Media Technology Limited ("IMTE" or "Company") approved the fund raising of up to US$20 million, depending on market conditions, for the expansion of the lamination plant in USA, air filter operation, investment in new projects and working capital. In this connection, on March 11, 2022, the Company entered into private placing agreements with 18 individual investors outside the United States to subscribe a total of 822,590 shares in the Company at a price of US$4.5 per share for a total raise of about US$3.7 million.
