Integrated Media Technology Limited Announces Exercise of Warrants

On May 12, 2020, Integrated Media Technology Limited (NASDAQ: IMTE) ("IMTE" or the "Company") issued 126,984 ordinary shares (the "Shares") as a result of the exercise of warrants (the "Warrants") which were issued to an accredited investor as announced on Form 6-K on February 24, 2020. The Warrants were exercised by means of a cashless exercise where each Warrant exercised would receive one Share without any cash payment to the Company as the VWAP of the Company's ordinary shares on the trading day immediately prior to the exercise date was less than US$10.50 per Share.
