Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 10, 2020, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will attend the 2020 Colliers Institutional Investor Virtual Conference and will meet with buy side investors. Harold Bevis, President and CEO, and Kirk Feiler, Vice President Finance and Investor Relations, will discuss, among other topics, the Company’s financial affairs and ability to drive value for shareholders. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety to this Item 7.01.
