On August 11, 2022, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its earnings for the second quarter of 2022. The press release also announced the Company will hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter financial results on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
