On March 10, 2022, Bluejay Diagnostics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2021 and a corporate update. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
