Other Events.

On March 10, 2021, AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved FOTIVDA^® (tivozanib) for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory advanced renal cell carcinoma who have received two or more prior systemic therapies, among other matters. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
