Synergy Healthcare Plc has today received notification that Gartmore Investment
Limited (GIL), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited (GFM) and Gartmore Global Partners
(GGP), by virtue of acquiring 531,349 ordinary shares on 12 June 2003, currently
have an interest in 2,264,055 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.25
per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
