Other Events.

On February 19, 2019, Pfenex Inc. issued a press release announcing that the United States Food and Drug Administration has accepted for review the New Drug Application for PF708 for the treatment of osteoporosis. A copy of the press release announcing the submission is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
