(OTCQB:CEIN) ("Camber" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the dismissal of the previously disclosed Class Action Complaint (i.e. C.A. No.4:24-cv-00489) filed against the Company and its President & CEO titled Lawrence Rowe, Individually and on Behalf of All Others Similarly Situated v. James A. Doris and Camber Energy, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, pursuant to which the Plaintiff(s) sought to recover damages said to have been suffered by them as a result of the defendants' alleged breaches of fiduciary duty in connection with the merger between Company and Viking Energy Group, Inc.

On March 31, 2025, the Court granted the Company and Mr. Doris' motion to dismiss the case with prejudice, and the deadline for the Plaintiff(s) to appeal the Court's decision expired on or about April 30, 2025.

Hard to tell if this is going back down to $0.01 or back up to $0.08+. Time will tell.

The 8-K is out...the reason for the halt is being delisted...this will resume trading tomorrow in the OTC...IMO it is better than a R/S

I cannot help but think that this has nothing to do with shareholders at all but just a tool for the top dog to cash out big.

Nor am I, and perhaps someone in this thread that is more savvy with the the legal stuff can confirm what ramification it would translate to for humble investors. The way I interpreted it was that James Doris & his fellow defendants listed in the Filing, have agreed to preliminary settlement terms (to be signed off on in Sept. by a reviewing judge) on behalf of the shareholders of Camber Energy Inc. to adjust their short position strike price from $ .009 per on 1,666,667 shares (which I'm guessing cause the stock price to dive ) and now their strike price would be raised to a $1.00 ? That said, I think this would have to mean that an increase is on the horizon in the near future, Or is it already going to be after the fact and big picture is that it won't undo the stock price damage it caused ? Thanks, appreciate any thoughts and/or comments on it.

Nice! Quite an improvement to your average; must feel good. I went in a little too heavy too quickly, but averaged down to $1.30 many months ago. I'm simply holding for now to see what the company/country/world/universe decides to do this election year before I average down any further, LOL. GLTY.
