Nor am I, and perhaps someone in this thread that is more savvy with the the legal stuff can confirm what ramification it would translate to for humble investors. The way I interpreted it was that James Doris & his fellow defendants listed in the Filing, have agreed to preliminary settlement terms (to be signed off on in Sept. by a reviewing judge) on behalf of the shareholders of Camber Energy Inc. to adjust their short position strike price from $ .009 per on 1,666,667 shares (which I'm guessing cause the stock price to dive ) and now their strike price would be raised to a $1.00 ? That said, I think this would have to mean that an increase is on the horizon in the near future, Or is it already going to be after the fact and big picture is that it won't undo the stock price damage it caused ? Thanks, appreciate any thoughts and/or comments on it.
