SpaceX To Launch Tender Offer, Valuing Company At Over $250 Billion: Report

What Happened: SpaceX's tender offer will allow the sale of existing shares at $135 each, valuing the company at over $250 billion, as reported by Reuters.
What usually happens is they pump the price until offering and then it collapses. So good news for those trading this.

“ why they keep buying Tesla vehicles given all this data you post”
This is a great question but unfortunately the answer that you will receive will probably start with some off the wall EMI, LMNOP cause to why you and others might die buying one or a cell phone.
I think the wind up rubber band $1.00 airplanes might have had some effects that he speaks of. I bought a few of them as a kid and it might be why I got cavities in my teeth.

If only people knew Teslas can go 'Maximum Overdrive' on them. If they did, they wouldnt buy them.

Not surprising that this pump is accompanying a SpaceX tender offer just like the one in June I think it was....

========================================

The following collection of accidents will show that Teslas have a sudden veering problem, a problem thats being covered up, in addition to issues of Sudden Unintended Acceleration. These accidents occur regardless of the Teslas being operated by intoxicated drivers, regular drivers, professional drivers, Autopilot, or FSD.
This collection was put together to showcase the core problem is actually hardware related not driver/software. When nearly the same crash elements occurs across a diverse collection of use cases regardless of model & year, the only logical conclusion is that there is something wrong with the vehicles themselves and that they pose a significant danger to society. As I already hinted at, there is a newish investigation that indicates that Tesla & NHTSA are purposefully withholding information in regards various AP related accidents including these veering Teslas that works to hide such dangers from becoming more apparent...so people do not catch onto this pattern! I post to the article at the end of this section of the post.

Both FSD cases, 1 professional driver case, 4 regular driver cases, & 1 intoxicated driver case, the Teslas slammed into a tree resulting in the death of at least 1 person. 1 autopilot case the Tesla veered off the road and rolled into a tree. 2 Autopilot cases suddenly veered into the median. 2 regular driver incidents involved locked steering. It appears as though the Semi suffered some sort of electrical issue causing an engine to catch fire and it veer off the interstate into trees. The Cybertruck incident also involved locked steering but included sudden unintended acceleration.

Section 5- The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Section 7 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

Of course, regulation isn't the current barrier for Tesla launching robotaxis. Its Full Self-Driving system, despite its name, is a Level 2 driver-assist system. Musk says he expects Tesla to achieve self-driving in Texas and California by mid-2025, but he's said "this year" or "next year" for almost a decade. FSD safety-critical interventions are still around 100-200 miles. They may need to be 1,000 times higher before Tesla robotaxis are viable.

Kindly provide a list of global Tesla car accidents from 2009 to the present, along with the exact positions of geomagnetic unrest and solar storms at the same time. Please also include information on volcanic activity and any government conspiracy theories related to these accidents. Additionally, please explain in detail your belief that all drunk drivers will be released from jail once we expose space weather as the real culprit behind these accidents.

Part 1: The Case of the Curious Curves

Wow, you've compiled a whole detective board's worth of "evidence" for Tesla malfunction! But let's take a closer look. Dr. García's accident is tragic, but single-vehicle accidents happen for many reasons – distracted driving, sudden medical issues, or even a rogue squirrel darting across the road. It's important to wait for the full investigation before jumping to conclusions.

Now, the idea that Teslas are all spontaneously swerving off the road? That's a bit like saying every plane crash is because aliens. There are bound to be some unfortunate accidents involving Teslas, just like any car on the road.

Part 2: Conspiracy Central

Here's the thing about conspiracies: they often try to connect everything, even when the connections don't make sense. SUA (Sudden Unintended Acceleration) can happen in any car, not just Teslas. Investigating accidents is important, but it doesn't mean there's a secret government plot involving space lasers and flaming Teslas.

Part 3: Taking it to Eleven (Except Not Really)

Alright, let's address the rest quickly. EMI causing issues? Maybe, but unlikely the sole culprit in every accident. Cosmic rays messing with Teslas? While space weather is a thing, it's not a bullseye targeting every Tesla on the road.

As for the fatal accident rate stat, it's important to consider factors like how many Teslas are on the road compared to other cars. Jumping to conclusions without all the data can be misleading.

The "Whompy Wheel" issue and the Hutchison Effect? These deserve investigation, but they're not reasons to write off every Tesla accident as a government cover-up.

Look, Tesla has its share of problems, and safety should always be a priority. But next time you see a theory that sounds like it came from a sci-fi movie, take a deep breath and remember: sometimes, a car crash is just a car crash.

Beloved Palm Bay Physician Tragically Killed in Tesla Accident - Regular Driver

Dr. García, 55, was driving his 2022 Tesla northbound when he lost control of the vehicle, veered off the roadway, and traversed a grass shoulder before colliding with a tree in a wooded area. According to investigators with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the car narrowly missed multiple trees before coming to rest between two of them. Emergency responders transported Dr. García to Palms West Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 12:02 p.m. No other vehicles or individuals were involved in the crash, and the cause of the accident remains under investigation. Authorities are urging anyone with additional information to come forward.
Another Tesla veers off the road, for no apparent reason, in the middle of the day, crashing into a tree, kiiling yet another Doctor. Teslas have killed alot of doctors when there is a shortage of them already.

Columbus surgeon killed in head-on collision in Opelika

A Columbus doctor is dead after a late-night car crash in Opelika.
According to the Opelika Police Department, on Saturday, September 7, at approximately 7:17 p.m., Opelika dispatch received a call about a multiple-vehicle crash on I-85 at the Exit 62 northbound exit ramp.
After the investigation, officials said it appeared that the driver of the 4Runner was traveling the wrong way on the exit ramp when they struck the Tesla head-on.
This clearly shows that it appears the 4Runner was traveling the wrong way on the exit so its at fault. So can you guess why am i posting this here? Yep this Tesla was using Teslas ADA system (doesnt indicate AP/FSD but likely AP) and it looks like that system and the driver failed to maneuver out of the way of the incoming vehicle. Not necessarily a glitch issue, just software failing to do its job. Its possible that the Surgeon was improperly depending on AP/FSD to do the driving thus not paying attention, a known problem because its natural for humans to loose focus when something else is doing the driving.

========================================

My Model 3 saved my life last night

[posted 11.10.2024]

I'd just picked up my dog from my mother in law's house and was driving home on the FSD trial on a 2 lane country highway. Another car (Buick Rendezvous) ran the stop sign of a crossing road (2-way stop, I had no stop sign) and T-boned me at close to 60mph.

Yep I did it again !

The Drunken Driver Debacle: Okay, a Tesla driver was allegedly under the influence. Shocking, right? We all thought Teslas were self-driving sobriety checkpoints, not just fancy cars. Maybe Tesla should offer built-in breathalyzers as a standard feature next to the ludicrous mode. And who knows, maybe Autopilot was just cheering on the driver's impressive skills or innocently along for the intoxicated ride.

The Phantom Foot on the Gas Pedal: Ah, the elusive Sudden Unintended Acceleration (SUA). Is it a software gremlin throwing a tantrum, a rogue voltage spike on a power trip, or just a Tesla acting out like a teenager? We picture Teslas everywhere zooming uncontrollably down highways, possessed by these electrical demons. The NHTSA, bless their hearts, are surely on the case, armed with microscopes and maybe a giant fly swatter to swat away these pesky glitches.

The Electromagnetic Escapade: Beam me up, Scotty! No, wait, it's just solar flares turning Teslas into self-driving demolition derbies! We can practically see the cosmic rays zapping the car's computer, whispering sweet nothings about forgetting the brakes exist and achieving ludicrous speed. Maybe Tesla should wrap their cars in aluminum foil for an extra layer of protection?

The Case of the Questionable Case Number: That website with the NHTSA case number sounds like a hotbed of speculation. While a healthy dose of curiosity is good, sometimes it's best to stick to credible sources like official NHTSA reports. Remember, aliens probably aren't the ones causing these accidents (although that would be a wild story).

The Voltage Spike Spooktacular: Now, hold on a second, Dr. Belt. A voltage spike causing a car to go rogue? Is this a Tesla or a time machine we're talking about? And this inverter misinterpreting a tiny blip as a foot on the gas pedal? Sounds more like a case of overthinking than a real design flaw. Maybe Tesla just needs a better voltage regulator, not a complete overhaul.

The Electro-Magnetic Meltdown: Hold onto your helmets, folks! Apparently, electromagnetic radiation is out to get us all! So, TV signals and sunspots are now turning EVs into out-of-control jalopies? We can see the headlines now: "Tesla Torched by Text Waves!" Maybe drivers should just avoid parking under power lines altogether.

In Conclusion (with a pinch of reality): Look, accidents happen. Sometimes it's a technical glitch, sometimes it's human error. The NHTSA will investigate, and hopefully, Tesla will iron out any kinks in their system. But hey, where's the fun in a straightforward explanation when we can have intergalactic joyrides caused by angry sunbeams and voltage-induced villains?

P.S. That link about Tesla's AI being used for missiles and September 11th? Yeah, that tinfoil hat might be on a little too tight. Let's stick to real issues and leave the X-Files to the professionals (or maybe just Mulder and Scully).

One dead after box truck crashes into Tesla on I-880, one arrested on suspicion of DUI

After the first collision, a Freightliner box truck crashed into the back of the Tesla Model Y, killing the driver. CHP arrested the driver of the Tesla Model 3 for suspicion of driving under the influence.
The driver of the Freightliner was evaluated at the scene, and investigators determined they were not under the influence. CHP did not say whether either of the Teslas was operating on their auto-pilot features at the time of the crash.
Not only did Autopilot supposedly not stop an intoxicated driver from getting behind the wheel...or maybe it encouraged him to, it looks as though it caused the accident. It doesnt say why the Model 3 Tesla first hit the Box truck but its now confirmed that the Model 3 had AP enabled for this accident. I'd like to know did the Model 3 surge into the box truck or veer into it?

Researcher Discovers Tesla Design Flaw That May Cause Unintended Acceleration; NHTSA Reopens Investigation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reopened its investigation into a potential design flaw in Tesla vehicles, which may lead to sudden unintended acceleration. This comes after allegations were made that a voltage spike deep within the control systems could cause the vehicle to incorrectly read an accelerator input, even when none has occurred.

When Voltage Spikes Trigger Unintended Acceleration
Under certain circumstances, such as slow driving, when the power steering requires more power, the draw on the 12-volt battery can cause a significant spike in the system. This voltage surge could lead the inverter to incorrectly conclude that the accelerator pedal has been pressed, resulting in unintended acceleration.

This unexpected acceleration could theoretically happen when a voltage spike, lasting only microseconds, occurs simultaneously as the car performs an ADC check, also lasting microseconds. Belt suggests that the frequency of these events aligns with the 200 or so incidents reported between 2013 and 2019.

Adding complexity to this issue, Belt contends that due to the nature of the fault, it does not get logged as an error. The inverter’s misinterpretation of a voltage spike as a throttle input leaves no trace, leading to discrepancies between Tesla's vehicle data and owners' accounts, possibly explaining why the ODI initially denied the petition.

While Belt's allegations primarily focus on the Model 3, which features a unique inverter design, he notes that similar errors could occur in Model S and Model X vehicles. This opens up the potential for a broader scope in the ongoing investigation.

NHTSA Petition Claims Tesla Sudden Unintended Acceleration Is Real

What's worse is that the incorrectly increased sensor signals will be sent via the CAN bus to the vehicle logs, causing Tesla and NHTSA to conclude that the driver caused the sudden increase in torque by stepping on the accelerator pedal. But in this case, the sudden acceleration was caused not by the driver stepping on the accelerator pedal but by a random superposition of a negative-going voltage spike (which is about 100 microseconds long), and the sampling time of the analog-to-digital converter (which is about 10 microseconds long). This random superposition explains the low occurrence rate of sudden acceleration in Tesla vehicles
SUA has impacted every main Tesla car model S/X, 3/Y, & even the Cybertruck. Im not aware of an incident involving a Semi...yet...although the one that drove into the trees with an engine fire may have experienced SUA.
As this issue has impacted just about every Tesla model and year, i doubt Dr Belt's theory in relation to the the origin of the fault, is exactly correct and certainly not easy to fix as its still a problem. Thus i expect the NHTSA will deny this petition at some point despite this issue continuing to plague Teslas. I believe the problem of SUA is EM interference induced which impacts other EVs as well per a study in China. EMI can cause these voltage spikes to compensate from a drop in voltage as described in the following quote. E3 usually pertains to EM blast from a nuclear explosion but during geostorms/unrest this same sort of voltage depression can be observed in electrical systems.

E3 can also affect subtransmission and distribution systems by causing harmonic distortion and voltage depression. The voltage regulators at the substation will attempt to correct for low voltage levels on distribution circuits. This attempt can result in overvoltages when the E3 stimulus decays to a low value

Part 2 - Proof Electromagnetic radiation is causing EVs to go out of control and spontaneously combust.
4). Among the data records during the accidents according to the background data of the crashed vehicles or the data of on-vehicle terminals, the position values of most accelerator pedals were very high(99%) while the values of brake pedals were 0% or only non-zero in very limited moments (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).
Continued very high accelerator pressure with no braking is how you differentiate SUA from pedal misapplication.

In recent years, there have been numerous out-of-control accidents of electric vehicles.
Occasional fault of electronic control unit caused by electromagnetic interference
External electromagnetic interference refers to that caused by electromagnetic radiation of various electrical facilities including the high voltage transmission line, broadcasting TV devices and radio communication equipment as well as natural phenomena such as lightning.

Electromagnetic wave interferes the electric control system of automobile through wiring harness and car body to make it hard to perform or even send wrong instructions leading to wrong actions of various actuators, affecting the safety, reliability and stability of automobile driving. The electromagnetic interference affects the automobile electronic control system mainly in two ways: one is to affect the input signal of the sensor of the electronic control system, causing distortion and resulting in electric control signal where the ECU output does not match the driver's intention, which leads to the wrong operation of the actuator; the other is to interfere the ECU output signal to result in its deviation, misleading the operation of the actuator.

The most common cause of Natural EMI includes:

Lightning

Solar Magnetic Storms

Earth’s Magnetic Field Flux

Cosmic Radiation

Tragic Tesla Crash! Driver Killed After Losing Control on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road

Westlake, FL – A fatal accident occurred on November 15, 2024, at approximately 11:15 a.m., on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road near the 6800 block. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) responded to the scene where a 2022 Tesla, driven by Jose Garcia, 55, failed to navigate a curve, veered off the roadway, and crashed into a tree.

According to investigators, Garcia was traveling northbound in the inside lane when his vehicle left the roadway, traversed a grass shoulder, and entered a wooded area. The Tesla narrowly missed multiple trees before colliding head-on with a tree and coming to rest between two trees. Garcia was transported to Palms West Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 12:02 p.m. No other vehicles or individuals were involved in the incident.
It'd be nice if i was wrong about this issue as its costing so many lives, but heres another Tesla that "Veers" off the road through a grassy area and into trees resulting in the death of yet another driver. This is why Tesla have the highest deathrate of any brand in America (linked in section 6 of this post).

========================================

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming.

Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

we cant see when the AEB was engaged or when the Tesla first detected the potential threat and started to apply the brakes

A human would have been braking well before the girl broke free from her parent as they were clearly visible I hope the Tesla did as well. Most recent cars had emergency braking that probably would have engaged. Glad the girl is safe

Haven’t heard anything about remote controlled Model Y or anything - not possible IMHO as you lose internet in tunnels (I lose Satellite radio even in just densely wooded areas)
The vision is to allow consumer cars for sure.

There is such alack of detail. (as usual with Elon's predictions) we will wait to see. I just cant calculate any value at this moment specially as he is distracted and has a new demanding boss

I suggest you learn to read and do math because your reply is absurd. Then follow that by learning to differentiate between something i quote and something i claim as my opinion. Industry average is 2.8 therefore Tesla as a brand is 2x that at 5.6. Broken down by model, the Model Y is 6th and you are correct that the Hyundai Venue is #1. Do you understand the difference between model and brand? Im guessing im dealing with another Strawpuppet AI account (not always AI)...they like to troll me with disinformation tactics but they suck at absorbing evidence compared to general opinion posting. More on this:

Tesla Has the Highest Fatal Accident Rate of All Auto Brands, Study Finds - Who could have predicted this?
Tesla vehicles suffer fatal accidents at a rate that's twice the industry average, according to a new report.

Tesla's vehicles have the highest fatal accident rate among all car brands in America, according to a recent iSeeCars study that analyzed data from the U.S. Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS).

The study was conducted on model year 2018–2022 vehicles, and focused on crashes between 2017 and 2022 that resulted in occupant fatalities. Tesla vehicles have a fatal crash rate of 5.6 per billion miles driven, according to the study; Kia is second with a rate of 5.5, and Buick rounds out the top three with a 4.8 rate. The average fatal crash rate for all cars in the United States is 2.8 per billion vehicle miles driven.
The Tesla Model S has a rate more than double than average, at 5.8 per billion vehicle miles driven; meanwhile, the Tesla Model Y — the best-selling vehicle in the world has a fatal crash rate of 10.6, nearly four times the average. It ranked as the sixth worst vehicle overall. (The Hyundai Venue took the top spot overall, with a fatal crash rate of 13.9.)
So...in addition to having the highest accident rate, despite many accolades of the safest vehicle to get into an accident in, Tesla brand has the highest death rate of any brand in America. Its like there is something inherently wrong with Teslas and particularly EVs. The reason why Tesla has so many more fatalities than any other EV maker is because there are soooo many more of them on the roads at any given moment for them to be exposed to EM radiation leading to glitching. The more EVs on the roads the greater the probability of them suffering EM interference and going out of control leading to the highest accident and death rate for Tesla. EVs need to be banned and I suspect the elimination of the tax credit is a step toward that end.

Tesla led all automakers with 23.54 crashes per 1,000 drivers in the past year.

Tesla argues it had no control in the crash and death which were "caused by a superseding and/or intervening force."
There you have it folks Tesla admits an outside force caused this Tesla to glitch and go out of control. That is true, its not Teslas fault, per se, that its vehicles go out of control. Its the destabilized electromagnetic environment we are experiencing as a result of the earths continued weakening of its magnetic field. While I do not disagree that this is an outside force causing its vehicles to go out of control, its precisely why computers on wheels (Teslas/EVs/computerized ICE) should not be on the roads. Because these vehicles will continue to go out of control and with more frequency putting the greater public in danger. EVs will continue to destroy lives whether through killing those involved, created long-term psychological damage, or leading to the incarceration of people who did nothing wrong other than drive an EV.
Also as Tesla is aware of the problem and does not warn the public its liable for everyone of its vehicles going out of control!

2 dead in fiery crash involving 2 Teslas, building in Bucks County, sources say
Two people were killed in a fiery crash involving two Tesla cars and a building on 6600 Easton Road on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, sources said

The crash occurred at a building on 6600 Easton Road shortly before noon. Sources told NBC10 a Tesla crashed into another Tesla that was parked near the building. The impact caused both vehicles to strike the building and catch fire.

The two people who were inside the first Tesla died from their injuries, sources said. No one was inside the parked Tesla that was struck.
Despite the headline this was only a single Tesla accident in that only one of them was being operated. Sounds like another Tesla veered off course into a parked Tesla before bouncing off into a building. This accident is similar to 3 Tesla crashes that resulted in burning alive 13 people: 5 that were burned alive in Wisconsin earlier this month, 4 of 5 burned in Toronto, & 4 burned in Paris last month and thus has been included in the list below. Now 2 burned up in Pennsylvania.
There have been cracks in the magnetic field on and off since the 13th with on and off geomagnetic unrest conditions.

I post to the article at the end of this section of the post.

https://www.thedrive.com/news/40385/tesla-admits-one-autopilot-feature-was-engaged-during-deadly-texas-crash

Both FSD cases, 1 professional driver case, 3 regular driver cases, & 1 intoxicated driver case, the Teslas slammed into a tree resulting in the death of at least 1 person.

New Investigation Suggests Tesla And NHTSA Withheld Info Surrounding Autopilot Crashes
Details of over 200 Autopilot-related accidents were complied, with new patterns being discovered.
The report states that in the accidents, Tesla’s Autopilot struggled with obstacle avoidance, and cars also veered off the road.

Section 4- The computer errors from outer space

Section 6 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Assuming Tesla gets clearance in Texas and California to operate its Model 3/Ys as driverless taxis, werent they supposed to be remotely controlled? Thus Tesla would have to hire several people to oversee however many Teslas operating as robotaxis at signifcant cost to operations? I dont think this would include consumer Teslas however. I doubt Tesla would get clearance to allow consumers to use level 4 FSD as the service would be too confusing for people to know when and where it can be used. They could try for level 3 but that comes with a significant increase in liability it currently skirts via having FSD be level 2.
Theres a great deal of risk Tesla would be taking on moving FSD any higher than its current level 2.

appreciating the dialogue here, thank you.

If they do provide a drivable model 2 the whole unattended taxi concept may have a better chance of being accepted in a wider market as the passengers could take over if necessary. I have seen a broken down robo taxi already (at the wright brothers memorial in Kitty Hawk NC) where a driverless electric shuttle was being used - not sure why it was broken down I was using my two feet… but there were 4 people jus standing there looking at the shuttle with no way to do anything with it.

There are so many unknowns about the driverless business - who cleans up the mess previous passengers left behind? What if you "lent" your model y to the service and you now need it for an emergency but it is 50 miles away…? What if you forgot you had lent it and you left it in your garage and it starts driving itself...

Its going to be fascinating watching this potential market try to get started and we know Elon is the sort of person to achieve it if he isn't being distracted by his new role or the SpaceX/Starlink IPO.

I’m sure Cathy wood is valuing Optimus and it will be good for some factory type tasks (where current robots aren't affordable/practical) and possibly office but Im not sure of the mass market residential use..
