You may want to wait for the next few share updates before being Bullish lol. Henry has his usual messengers out there lately spreading the word of more money being needed for "fees" again. He also Tweeted last week which usually has hidden meaning.

Some of the volume lately looks exactly like dilution. Henry's problem today is there's no buyers for the shares. He's unable to utilize the dilution tool to raise money as almost all investors faith is gone. It's either he show "verifiable proof" of money funded into a PGG account, or this goes nowhere except future court rooms for him.

So, how many weeks has past without any dilution ? I'm not sure exactly ,I lost count. Can someone provide this information please? I'm starting to feel a little bit bullish, .....a little bit 😂..unless you tell me he's (Henry) been at it again

The problem is nothing has ever materialized or been completed. While it all looks potentially good on paper, the CEO has been struggling with getting any funding at all for any of the entities or projects going on well over 10 years now. He's issued countless 8k's (over 75 of them) over numerous years, and not one has ever come to fruition. How much is a company worth that has no money, and unable to get any money aside from share dilution?

And yet when a potential investor does ones own DD (https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=704172&owner=exclude) they find out why stock is OVERPRICED / OVER VALUED at current bailout SP of O.OOO3

He's a well paid keyboard warrior though. Just ask him lol. There used to be some good dialogue over there with some really intelligent posters. They all left quite awhile ago though. I spoke privately with one of them, and he said Henry would never get the company over the top, and felt Henry really struggled with the truth. I probably should have listened, as so far he's proven to be right. He took his loss, and left to day trade full time in the bigger exchanges where he thrived any way.

Today over there is just blind faith hopeful Bulls, and paid Bears. The major dialogue are articles of Vietnam that have no connection to anything PHIL, and who can first announce who they are blocking. It's also a dick measuring contest on who can say they've privately spoken with Henry lol. Those poster are revered...smh. IMO, they are all just as bad as Henry. They are 100% his messengers sending out the word he wants out there. Unfortunately for Henry, there is no agreement he can file or announce that moves the share price. Only an 8k of proof that money from an investment package has actually funded into a PGG account for usage of projects. Anything aside from that, keeps things exactly where they are today, or of course the SP goes even lower.
