They may be referring to a non-traditional process when they say "IPO" i.e. they may be using that term in a broad sense, rather than referring to a traditional IPO. This is semantics. Regardless of the semantics, if they want to call it an "IPO" when they're really doing an RTO followed by an uplist to Nasdaq, that's fine with me. Yeah, if you are unfamiliar with IPO categories, you might say that. Frankly, a Reverse Takeover is one of many IPOs companies can undertake. So, to your statement "IPO not the same as RTO + uplisting" absolutely...Yes it is. The biggest issue i see in this business is that individuals fail to recognize the difference between everything that an IPO is and can be, and the colloquial usage of the term "IPO". An Initial Public Offering can happen in a multitude of ways, a Reverse Merger (RM) a Reverse Takeover (RTO), a Direct Listing, a Dutch Auction, and the commonly known "Traditional IPO" etc. The problem comes in when we deal with the term "IPO" because it is both a blanket term, but also colloquially used for a "Traditional IPO".

I already commented on the NQ stuff previously. IPO not the same as RTO + uplisting. Anyway, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Just hoping they file for OTC current and they have good numbers. That’s all we need here to wake up and see a nice move.

According to other Secretary of State Reports (Arizona, Nevada, Delaware), Hahalolo's Residency, Domicile State, and Jurisdiction, is the State of Delaware.

In Delaware, they have an Incorporation Date/Formation Date - 10/11/2018.

Could be they are shifting incorporating state from Wyoming to another state

So far, I have found Hahalolo active, with Secretary of States, in Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Nevada, and Washington State. Wyoming is the only state: Inactive Administratively Dissolved - Delinquent.

They aren't registering in states, they've been registered. 

They are filing annual reports and updating names to ensure all items and states match the filings they will subsequently release. 

Check your dates in your own posts brother. They were registered in 2023 in a few of those states, 2022 in some. But no new states just updating filings. 

Which is a necessity before filing the super 8k and merger paperwork

theyre only up to sept 26th on their received filings. At this rate looking like we may see something next month if they did file anything in october
