Newtek Provides an Illustration of Financial Targets for 2023 as a Bank Holding Company

Newtek Business Services Corp., (NASDAQ: NEWT), an internally
managed business development company (“BDC”), today announced that
it has provided an illustration of certain financial targets,
including earnings and capital levels, as to what Newtek might look
like in 2023 as a bank holding company, if the Company were to
receive regulatory approvals and close the acquisition of the
National Bank of New York City (“NBNYC”).
