On May 16, 2022, Luvu Brands, Inc. (“Luvu” or “the Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
