Atlas Copco Buys German Manufacturer of Camera-Based Tracking Systems

STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial group Atlas Copco AB said Monday
that it has acquired Soft2tec GmbH, a German manufacturer of
camera-based tracking systems used for operator guidance in the
automotive, aerospace and general industries.
Soft2tec GmbH is privately owned and based in Russelsheim am
Main, Germany. It has 38 employees and in 2020 reported revenue of
around 1.87 million euros ($2.1 million).
The purchase price isn't material relative to Atlas Copco's
market capitalization and wasn't disclosed.
