Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed, Eric Domagalski resigned as Chief Accounting Officer of SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective December 31, 2021. On January 1, 2022, the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, Cam McMartin, assumed the responsibilities of principal accounting officer. Mr. McMartin did not receive any additional compensation in connection with his assumption of the principal accounting officer responsibilities. The disclosures contained in the Company’s Form 8-K filed on August 31, 2021 regarding Mr. McMartin’s compensation and other information required by Item 5.02(c) of Form 8-K are still correct and accurate in all material respects.
