Seritage Growth Properties (the “Company”) is utilizing the attached investor presentation during the Company’s 2021 annual meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2021. A copy of the presentation is available on the Company’s website and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by this reference.
