Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of ReoStar Energy Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), unanimously voted to appoint Peter H. Koch as President, CEO, and Director of the Company and to accept the resignation of James B. Bennett as President and Director effective immediately.
