On January 5, 2021, American BriVision (Holding) Corporation (the “Company”, or “we”) issued a letter to its shareholders disclosing a summary of events from fiscal year 2020 and goals for fiscal 2021 (the “Shareholder Letter”). The Shareholder Letter was sent out via the Company's email distribution list and posted to the Company's website. The Company also issued a press release including the Shareholder Letter on January 6, 2021. A copy of the Shareholder Letter and the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively to this Current Report on Form 8-K and each is incorporated by reference herein.
