Other Events

On September 8, 2020, Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it received notification from the NYSE American LLC (the “NYSE American”) that the Company has regained compliance with all of the continued listing standards set forth in Part 10 of the NYSE American Company Guide. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
