Explanation of Responses:
(1)	As of the filing date hereof, also includes 1,250 shares of restricted stock vesting on November 4, 2020, 2,750 shares of restricted stock vesting in two equal installments beginning on November 6, 2020, 4,500 shares of restricted stock vesting in three equal installments beginning on November 6, 2020 and 6,833 shares of restricted stock vesting in four substantially equal installments beginning on November 6, 2020.
(2)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $47.50 to $48.12, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (2) and (3).
(3)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $47.25 to $47.49, inclusive.
(4)	The option vests in four equal installments beginning on June 29, 2018. As of the date hereof, an option to purchase 13,000 shares had fully vested and an option for 6,500 of those shares have been fully exercised. The remaining options to purchase 13,000 shares will vest in two equal annual installments beginning on June 29, 2020.
(5)	The option vests in four equal installments beginning on August 22, 2019. As of the date hereof, an option to purchase 3,125 shares had fully vested and the remaining options to purchase 9,375 shares will vest in three equal annual installments beginning on August 22, 2020.
(6)	The option vests in four equal installments beginning on November 6, 2018. As of the date hereof, an option to purchase 2,500 shares had fully vested and an option for 1,250 of those shares have been fully exercised. The remaining options to purchase 2,500 shares will vest in two equal annual installments beginning on November 6, 2020.
