Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 5, 2019, Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. (the “Company”), announced updated guidance regarding its financial results for full-year 2019. The Company is also holding an investor conference call at 11:00 a.m. ET on September 5, 2019, during which management will share its views regarding the August 23, 2019 announcement that a qualifying offer would not occur and its plans to continue discussions internally and with Anheuser-Busch and others regarding potential strategic alternatives with the goal of increasing shareholder value.
