pleased to announce that it has mailed a notice of meeting and
information circular to its shareholders of record as of
May 7, 2019 in connection with its
Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders to be held at
Suite 1330, 200 Granville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia on Monday, June 24, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Time).

MEETING MATTERS
Shareholders will be asked to vote on the following:
- to set the number of Directors at eight;
- to elect Directors of the Company to hold office until the
close of the next annual general meeting;
- to appoint an auditor of the Company to serve until the close
of the next annual general meeting and to authorize the directors
to fix their remuneration; and,
- to ratify and approve the amended and restated Shareholder
Rights Plan Agreement for continuation for a further three-year
period, as described in the accompanying Information Circular.

items.
