Explanation of Responses:

Effective January 23, 2019, Alex Schmidt transferred 5,400,000 shares to Irina Kochetkova for no consideration. The transfer was made in consideration of the help provided by Irina Kochetkova in negotiating and resolving a dispute with Maksim Goncharenko. Ms. Kochetkova now directly owns 9,900,000 shares, and she continues to indirectly beneficially own 333,334 shares held by Petroleum Group Services Limited, a trust.
