Item 5.02 Departure of Director.

 

Effective November 28, 2018, Mr. Gary Hess resigned from our Board of Directors. Ms. Jenevieve Fisher is also no longer on our Board of Directors. There are no disputes or issues between either Mr. Hess or Ms. Fisher and the Company. We have no immediate plans to fill their positions on the Board.
