The Crypto Company (the “Company”) is currently revisiting its accounting treatment of certain digital assets and has not completed its analysis with respect to certain matters which may have an effect on its financial statements . The Company is therefore unable to file on a timely basis its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the three month period ended September 30, 2018. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable.
