On October 16, 2018, the majority shareholder of SSLJ.com Limited (the “Company”) holding more than 50.1% of the voting shares of the Company consented to an adjournment of the extraordinary general shareholder meeting which was originally scheduled on October 16, 2018. The board of directors of the Company will notify in writing the shareholders of the Company of when such shareholder meeting will be resumed.
