The Board of Trustees of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust
(NYSE: PMT) declared a cash dividend of $0.47 per common share of
beneficial interest for the second quarter of 2018. This dividend
will be paid on July 30, 2018, to common shareholders of
record as of July 13, 2018.
