Resignation of Andrew Feinberg as President and Chief Operating Officer
On June 30, 2018, Andrew Feinberg will resign upon mutual agreement with the Board as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Mr. Feinbergs resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices.
