Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Mr. Hingge Hsu notified Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from his position on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective April 9, 2018, in order to pursue other business opportunities that required his attention and time, and was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Hsu’s service to the board has been greatly appreciated by management and the other board members of the Company. He has served on the Board since January 2014.
