To put out not only the vehicles that involved, but also the equipment. That does take a little bit of capital. They wanted to make sure we had it and when we did get it, it was kind of a GO.. let all of the horses out and just run with it ...
And we, like I mentioned in our previous interview, we are the sole aggregators of that entire program for the entire country"
