Teamtalk.com Seals Five-Year On-Line Partnership with Ladbrokes

Teamtalk.com  Group  plc  ("Teamtalk"), the UK's most  popular  online  sports
service  and Ladbrokes, the betting and gaming division of Hilton  Group  plc,
have  signed a new exclusive five year on-line betting partnership - which  is
planned to roll-out on a global basis as Teamtalk expands its services  across
the  world.   This  extends  the  content  partnership  between  Teamtalk  and
Ladbrokes announced on 15th May 2000.

Following  a review of how best to leverage its on-line community to  generate
betting  revenues  the Teamtalk board has decided that  the  strength  of  the
Ladbrokes  brand  and  its  market-leading  on-line  presence,  combined  with
Teamtalk's  quality  content, represents the best way to  generate  value  for
Teamtalk shareholders.

From  today, Ladbrokes becomes the exclusive on-line betting partner  for  all
Teamtalk  services for five years.  In return Teamtalk will  receive  payments
based on the level of revenues from the partnership.

As  a result of the partnership, Teamtalk will be able to commit its resources
to  the  development  of quality International sports content  with  Ladbrokes
providing  Teamtalk  customers with a comprehensive on-line  betting  service.
The partners will work together to maximise conversion of Teamtalk's user base
to Ladbrokes on-line services through:

*     Simple registration and betting processes
*     In-context marketing of bets across Teamtalk's websites
*     Attractive odds and bets exclusive to Teamtalk

In  addition,  Teamtalk  will  provide sports content  to  Ladbrokes'  on-line
betting products including its betting websites and its interactive TV betting
products  and  services which are currently available on  Telewest  and  NTL's
digital TV service.

Commenting  on the announcement, Bill Wilson, Chief Executive of Teamtalk.com,
