SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces that on 6 and 7 January 2022, Emmanuel Maes, ExCo for Europe, purchased 42,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 92.6 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Maes' total interest in the Company is now 747,863 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
